The school community welcomes all our students and their families! Here at the NSW School of Languages we value and appreciate the commitment and effort of our parents/carers and students. In this section, parents and carers can download information and documents related to your child's learning.
NSW School of Languages uses Distance Education Management System (DEMS), an online database system to cater for our administrative and teaching and learning record keeping.
Developed by Millennium Schools, this database offers teachers, supervisors, parents and carers and our students a gateway for sharing information on student engagement and communications in the course.
For more information download the guide to parent/carer portal (PDF 624KB).
Our Parent and Carer Handbook 2023 (PDF 958KB) has information to answer your questions. Please download and read the booklet.
Thank you to all the parents and carers who attended the 2023 Parent/Carer Information Evening at the NSW School of Languages.
For those who were unable to attend, please download the Information Evening Presentation (PDF 6111KB) that was shown during the evening and access our pre-recorded videos on the NSL YouTube channel.
The Parent and Carer Teacher interviews will take place on the phone or online in May (Year 12) and June (Year 9, 10 and 11) 2024.
Parents and Carers will be able to make a booking for an interview with their child's teacher online by downloading and following the instructions provided in the Parents and Carers Booking Instructions Guide (available in Term 2, 2024).
Parents and Carers who are unable to book a phone or online interview for that day can arrange a mutually convenient time on another date. Please contact your child's teacher directly to arrange a phone or online interview.
We look forward to hearing from you!
