Supervisors' Portal
NSW School of Languages (NSL) uses the Distance Education Management System (DEMS). The DEMS School Portal serves as the gateway for supervisors supporting students studying via Distance Education.
Developed by Millennium Schools, this database offers supervisors a gateway to share information on student engagement, communications, and attendance monitoring in their students' courses.

NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) requires our students to be entered on their system using the NESA languages course codes.
Our school does not have access to register the student so it is the responsibility of the home school to enter the students with NESA using the appropriate language code and our school code 5000.
To show appreciation for our supervisors we hold a Supervisors' Day each year.
Supervisors' Day will be held on Wednesday 11 March 2026 at NSW School of Languages. Supervisors will receive an email invitation to attend the day and make a booking with the student's teacher(s).

A virtual enrolment information session is held each June. Supervisors are provided with important information to help prepare for the enrolment period.
