As a specialist NSW Department of Education school, we provide students from Year 9 to Year 12 the unique opportunity to learn their background language or begin a new one, enriching their cultural knowledge, academic success, and pathways beyond school.

We offer 12 languages through flexible learning options, including a full immersion day once a term and comprehensive online programs that make language study accessible to all students across New South Wales. Our courses are carefully designed to meet student needs and are delivered by highly experienced and passionate language teachers.
All language programs are fully aligned with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) syllabuses. Study at NSW School of Language contributes to students’ Record of School Achievement (RoSA) and Higher School Certificate (HSC). We pride ourselves on excellent academic outcomes, with a significant proportion of our students achieving top bands in HSC language exams. Each year, many students receive First in Course awards and are recognised as top achievers across the state.

Lesson days
