  1. Curriculum materials – continually improve relevant online resources appropriate to changing student needs.
  2. Communication with all key stakeholders – ensure open and positive communication with staff, parents and students.
  3. Quality teaching and learning – engage and inspire students, ensuring all are supported according to their needs.
  4. Professional development – ensure all staff are highly skilled in the areas of teaching and pedagogy, language methodology, curriculum and ICT.
